Return and Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.  If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to the following conditions:

Timeframe: You must initiate the return process within 10 days of receiving your order.  Please contact our customer service team at +971 58 251 4100 to begin the return process.

Condition of Items: All returned items must be in their original condition:

Unworn and unused.
With all original tags attached.
In the original packaging. Any damage to the packaging may affect your eligibility for a full refund.
Proof of Purchase:  A valid proof of purchase (original receipt, order confirmation email, or invoice) is required for all returns.

Refund Method: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.  Please allow 10 to 45 business days for the refund to appear in your account.  This timeframe is dependent on your bank's processing times, which are outside of our control.  You may wish to contact your bank directly if you have concerns about the refund timeframe.

Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or during promotional periods may have a different return policy.  Please check the specific terms and conditions of the sale or promotion before making your purchase.

 Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at Contactus@thegemfashion.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.   

Return Shipping: We offer free return shipping within the UAE.  If you are responsible for return shipping, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.

Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected.  Please allow +971 58 251 4100  business days for us to process your refund.  You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
